Our family was in the market for a 2013 Ford Escape. We researched various dealerships all over the Kansas City metro area. Zeck Ford not only had an amazing selection of used Ford Escapes, but their pric researched various dealerships all over the Kansas City metro area. Zeck Ford not only had an amazing selection of used Ford Escapes, but their prices were lower than anyone else's out there. Once we stepped inside the dealership we were introduced to our salesman, Nick Nava. Nick was amazing to work with. He made us feel so comfortable throughout the entire process. Everyone we met was so friendly and you could tell that they appreciated us doing business with them. We will definitely recommend Zeck Ford and Nick Nava to anyone out there searching for a vehicle. This was our first time at Zeck Ford, If I had to choose one word to describe my overall experience at Zeck Ford, it would be AMAZING. My Wife and I, went online and found several used Ford Fusions in one word to describe my overall experience at Zeck Ford, it would be AMAZING. My Wife and I, went online and found several used Ford Fusions in our price range at Zeck's. On our hour drive to Zeck, my wife and I was talking previous strategies on how we escaped the wrath of pushy/forceful sales associates from our hometown dealers. When we first arrived, we braced for the worst. While looking at a vehicle, Sales Associate Josh approached us and asked if we needed help with questions we might have on the Ford Fusion. After answering a few questions, he gave us his card and exited the area. We found him a short time later and went for a test drive in the Fusion. We scheduled an appointment for the next day to make the purchase, we didn't have our trade in hand, which is the reason for the day delay. (Side Note* Always make an appointment, because they are super busy. Also, if possible have several options to choose from). Overnight, my wife and I, talked about all the options we could choose from and we decided to spend a little more to get less mileage. The next day, we went back and notified Josh/Nick, we had changed our mind about the vehicles and we decided to go with a different one then what we test drove yesterday. Nick had no problem with our change and was glad to help us. Yes, the paper work was lengthy, but that was not a surprised to us. Again, this is we're I will use the word AMAZING.....the culture and and laid back atmosphere Zeck's ooze's can not be replicated from no other dealer. Each person we came in contact with greeted us and always made us feel welcome. At no point were we pressured to make a purchase on anything. The trade offer was more than fair and we got a below price for the Ford Fusion. We left Zeck's with our new/used Ford Fusion feeling as if we got the best deal possible with out being disappointed with the dealership. Zeck Ford, I applaud your team and the inviting culture within your company. You can guarantee we will brag about Zeck's and will be coming back for future purchases. Thanks Alex and Shawna More

We were interested in purchasing a Ford Edge. We kept seeing Zeck Ford's dealership on the Cargurus website. So my boyfriend and I made the trip from Topeka to Leavenworth. We are so glad we did. I was very nervous as this was my first car purchase from a dealership. I am 23 years old and while I have worked hard to build my credit, I was afraid that getting a good deal might not be in the cards for a dealership. I had been in contact with Nick via email about a car I'd seen on the website that I was very excited about. I test drove the car shortly after arriving at the dealership and fell in love - I knew this was the car for me. Nick worked hard to make sure that I got the maximum amount possible for my trade-in (which wasn't worth much at all due to it's age) and also went to bat for me with finance to get me a better interest rate. At the end of the day I drove home in a 2008 Toyota Yaris that I love. My payment is exactly where I wanted it to be and I could not be happier. Thank you to Zeck Ford and Nick Nava for making this the best possible experience for me. I will definitely be back in the future! :) More

Came in with my father to purchase a used Mustang, personally I have purchased six vehicles and by far, THIS was my best experience. Extremely pleasant experience with this dealer. This was my first time buying from a dealer and honestly had very low expectations. I was blown away at the level of service we received from everyone from th my first time buying from a dealer and honestly had very low expectations. I was blown away at the level of service we received from everyone from the phone to the finance department. Extremely reasonable prices on all vehicles as well as very detailed records for each one. Nick was amazing, but there is no doubt in my mind that working with any of the sales staff would've been a great experience. Would highly, highly recommend this dealer to anyone! Don't buy anywhere else. Just won't get a better deal. I researched the car I bought very thoroughly before going to a dealer and the price difference was astonishing!
