After my last car buying experience(not this dealer) I vowed not to go into a dealership again. I was looking for a used 4x4 truck and found one online at Bozard Ford. I was greeted by Nick Galinas and he was the best car consultant I have ever met. (seriously) He listened to what I was looking for and had great input on many models. He was knowledgeable about towing , engines. He was also not high pressure. (like my last experience) He was also very accommodating with all the questions I had and multiple test drives over multiple days. I don't make snap decisions. You seriously need to ask for this guy when you go in. The second piece of buying a car is the finance guy. I was bracing my self for all the extra's. Rick Garcia was the guy I spoke with. Very knowledgeable as well. He explained all items in detail but did not hard sell me, which I appreciated very much. He gave me the information to make my own decision. Both of these professionals have earned my respect. I will always recommend Bozard Ford and these two guys. Bottom Line is if you hate buying cars as much as I do, this is the place to go, I was able to trust each of them. Thank you Bozard Ford for having professionals like Nick Gelinas and Rick Garcia. Anybody looking for a car she go to Bozard ford any Fords I buy in the near future I will buy from Bozard ford I can’t read enough about how great the customer service has been. Nick was extremely welcoming, personable, and professional, and not only provided us with an experience beyond our expectation, but helped us to identify several items that were unnecessary and would have delayed the order even more. Nick was nice and involved in helping us with the test drive and checking out the Mustang. And going over the out the door price we had agreed upon thanks to Sams Club and a great price on the last year model, $9k off MSRP! Nick was great did not react badly to us paying in cash and did not try to sell us on anything but the first party Ford protect the warranty. He also helped us find an old tag to transfer and us getting are cash in order. The facility was awesome and it will be great to see again for service! And definitely one of the best dealerships in northeast Florida and I know we looked at most of them! More
