Many Good Things To Say! I have spent much time in this dealership over the past four months. Nick Florentino sold my youngest daughter her Murano in November. He sold my midd I have spent much time in this dealership over the past four months. Nick Florentino sold my youngest daughter her Murano in November. He sold my middle daughter a Rogue in January and then I purchased a Murano this past week. We all view Nick Florentino as "our" salesman. He is very patient, kind, funny and knowledgeable. He listens and gives his opinion. He goes above and beyond to help you. He even offers to bring in vehicles from other dealerships, even though it means he won't get the sale. I began looking and test driving before my lease was up. He learned what I liked and I could call him about a car and he would tell me if he thought I would like it. He answered truthfully and I trusted and knew he was right because he would respond with answers reflecting what I had expressed as my desired elements in a car. My car was totaled and I had to find a vehicle quickly. Because we had so much history, he was able to make the process less stressful. I had to look while I was in pain and overwhelmed by the loss of my car and the agencies contacting me to settle. Nick was fantastic. Nick Truax did my paperwork and he is so gracious and funny. He was patient and ver kind. We had also dealt with Chris Messier and were very pleased with his service as well. He even made the effort to stop by while I worked with Nick Truax, just to say hello and as how I was doing after hearing about the accident. Ryan Lapierre aka, our "Doorman" is a wonderful manager. He is fair and professional. We appreciated his steady handling of our deals. Denny Gates is such a friendly and personable manager. He is aware of what is going on in the showroom and conscientious about how long deals take. He greets customers and remembers you when you return. More
