Ralph is not only a very competent salesman but also a "car guy" who knows his stuff. I also worked with Nick Florentino and Chris Messier on completing the paperwork, all of which went smoothly. Both were personable and professional. The entire time I was at the dealership I felt that all the staff really wanted me to have the best possible car buying experience which was refreshing. Nick was awesome helping my wife and I into an excellent car. We were treated like royalty he kept asking if we needed more water or was there anything else we would like. He told us I am not here to rush or push or pressure you into purchasing a car. He listened intently as to what kind of needs we had for a car. He found a great car that fills our desires and needs. When he showed us the 2019 Nissan Elantra, we fell in love. I thought it was a brand new car. We took it for a ride and was very impressed with the ride and comfortableness on the road. The mileage was low, not a scratch on it, very clean inside and out. The car great gas mileage on the average of 39 miles to the gallon. YIPEE! That is a huge bonus. This is my wife's second car purchased from you folks. We really like your dealership the best we've ever been to. You folks are awesome.
