Personable and friendly, Sarge remained positive and upbeat even when we were the last ones left at the dealership. I had been working with a few dealerships but as soon as I started working with Wilkins, I knew this was the dealership I wanted to work with when buying my new Hyundai Tucson. I did most of my communicatio I started working with Wilkins, I knew this was the dealership I wanted to work with when buying my new Hyundai Tucson. I did most of my communication via phone and email due to Covid and the team were very flexible. Once I had the information I needed, I made an appointment to go into the dealership. Ken Brown was amazing as soon as I walked through the door. He took the time to explain everything to me and it was a no-pressure situation. The sales manager, Nick, came by as well since he and I had worked together via email. Overall, a really positive experience and high-quality service. I'm very happy with my purchase and I found a dealer I trust. More
