Amazing Service and Amazing Sales Team Had bought an RX350 a number of years back and had a great experience then. Came back to look at an RX350 for my wife and was absolutely impressed with that initial visit where I met Joe Finley - sales consultant. Not only was Joe very knowledgeable and quick to assist with all my questions, he went out of his way to spend all the time I needed to discuss my specific requirements for the sale. The biggest unexpected surprise was his offer to work up a separate deal for me to trade my Audi in for a Lexus as well. That was a completely unplanned transaction and I dismissed the idea when he initially offered to work on an offer. Well come to find out that the offer was too good to pass up. I needed to move away from the smaller Audi and the ES FSport fit me like a glove. So in the end, we ended up with 2 new Lexus vehicles in our garage. I am very pleased with the way it was handled from the time I entered the dealership until I departed with both vehicles. This kind of service and attention to the little things rarely happens in new car dealerships. I am a customer for life and can't wait for the dealership to relocate to their massive new location in The Woodlands! Five Stars to Joe Finley and Nick (Sales Manager) and Brent (Finance). All were top shelf! More

The delivery experience with David and Melissa was exacting and thorough and they took extra time insuring that all of my questions were addressed. Hamilton Dawes handled the paper work including two trade-ins as a flawlessly easy process. Job well done! More

Very comfy, smooth ride, and the interactive cruise control with lane guidance is great. Barry at Northside Lexus was superb. Attentive, knowledgeable, and kind are words that come to mind. Fair value for trade too. I would definitely buy here again. 5 stars. More

I had a hassle free buying experience except for tech suppor The support for technology help was poor. Eva was irascible, impatient and haughty. She was not prepared to answer technical questions.She told me that Iam a hard to please customer for asking her relevant questions . She was rolling on with her spill and told me that she wasworking within a time limit. I didn’t know of any time limit since no one had informed me of it. When I asked her what the limit was, she said that it was a one and half hour session. Yet she didn’t have time to answer my questions and left abruptly handing us over to Jarod ten minutes earlier - at 5:20 pm. She promised to send me a file to assist me sync the garage door opener and she hasn’t done so yet. More
