To keep the story short, they refuse to honor the email, gave me monthly lease payment amount which had down payment added in it. Very disappointed. Excellent experience with Scott H., Raul T., and Neil H. From starting with Neil when we walked in to the several hours with Scott discussing options, test driving, and even casual discussion while waiting, From starting with Neil when we walked in to the several hours with Scott discussing options, test driving, and even casual discussion while waiting, and then on to Raul for his help and expertise in finding the best financing and pulling the whole deal together. Everybody was very professional and kind. Never felt one bit of pressure or being hurried to make a decision. Always waited for me and my husband to discuss and ultimately come to the decision to buy the Sportage. Neil even helped me get the red I wanted!! Overall, an excellent experience and have already recommended them to a few friends and family. Thank You for showing us that there are companies out there that care about Customer Service! More
