This may have been a backlog with the finance person or something like that, but my experience with other dealers is that the salespeople help each other out and move things along. I suggest Pacifico maybe invest a little in automation or process improvements as I saw other customers standing around also waiting for paperwork. Other than that, Neal and the service staff were helpful and informative More

He was completely transparent throughout the entire buying process and made me feel confident about my purchase and decision. He is a great communicator, let me know what to expect throughout every aspect of the process and respected my time. I also had a fantastic experience in dealing with all of the managers. They were: Larry Ferrill, Chad Gilber, Neil Bauer and my Business Manager, Gina McDevitt. She explained my financing terms and all options that were available for protect my new truck. She was an expert with her information and transparent with all of the coverage and pricing. Because we have purchased many trucks /cars in the pass , it was quite noticeable that our service representative Michael Henkin used his expertise to expedite the information required to help us make a sound and comfortable decision for our 2017 Ford Truck. In our many years of making purchases , he was one of the best. His customer service skills were above and beyond the norm. The Ford Team works very well together at this office . The office employees also treated us very well. We had coffee and holiday snacks , the festivities were great. The Manager (Neal Bauer) came out to meet us and welcomed us on board. He spoke with us in-depth about our purchase . Although we know that Ford products are above and beyond other brand name trucks, service , the treatment received , understanding of customer needs, product knowledge and people skills are always a plus. With that said I would like to acknowledge our representative again "Michael Henkin" Finance personnel Bernard Jones and the Manager "Neal Bauer and his team for providing all of this and more to us during our visit .
