Neal Bauer Sales Manager I have been at Pacifico Ford since April 2010. During my tenure here at Pacifico, I have been a Sales Manager besides being a Sales Associate. I LOVE the fact that I can make people happy by getting them the best deal on the best car that fits their individual lifestyle. Before I was in the Car Industry I had a career in the Restaurant Industry with my last assignment being the General Manager of The Spaghetti Warehouse where I worked for 18 years.

Drove over 2 hours for nothing! So I had an appointment to purchase a used vehicle from Pacifico, and I drove over two hours away from my home just to end up getting a phone call as So I had an appointment to purchase a used vehicle from Pacifico, and I drove over two hours away from my home just to end up getting a phone call as I'm pulling in the dealership telling me that they have just sold the vehicle. I got an excuse that there was another appointment that same day which would of been nice to know before I came because I a) would of tried to get there sooner or b) not of driven over 2 hours spending money on gas and tolls. Horrible business practice and all I got was I'm sorry its already sold. Don't think it was salesman's fault but the manager's because they should be letting their customers know these things. More
