Old customer, first time reviewer I bought a new ford focous off of Neal back in October and I’m slightly ashamed it took me so long to write this review, thankfully my mother is also I bought a new ford focous off of Neal back in October and I’m slightly ashamed it took me so long to write this review, thankfully my mother is also a former customer of his and redminded me! I’ll start off by giving Neal a huge thank you for all of his help getting me my new car! All in all I can’t speak more highly of Neal and this car buying experience, I walked in one afternoon knowing what I wanted (a white 2017 focous) and I left only a couple hours later with exactly what I wanted! Though I’m younger and have only had two car buying experiences in my life, I feel like the customer service provided would stand out to anyone as exceptional. If anything neal made a process that is normally nerve-wracking and stress-inducing into an actual enjoyable experince. I know another gentlemen helped Neal during the sales process and getting my financing approved, sadly I forget his name so I’m not able to mention him, but a special thanks goes out to him as well! More
