He goes above and beyond any sales specialist I have experienced in the past, and I really shopped around before I finally found Neal and Pacifico. He has learned my preferences and predicts my needs and questions. He is also very patient and explains everything in detail to me, and I have a lot of questions! I feel like he really takes care of me as a customer and I know I can always contact him whenever I have any questions or problems. Neal is also very straightforward, so I don't need to haggle with him because he just gives me the best he can offer. Finally, I like doing a lot of things digitally and over the phone so I don't have to go into the car dealership and wait, so Neal was able to prepare everything for me when I walked in and just sign some paperwork and pick up my car.
