Neal Bauer Sales Manager I have been at Pacifico Ford since April 2010. During my tenure here at Pacifico, I have been a Sales Manager besides being a Sales Associate. I LOVE the fact that I can make people happy by getting them the best deal on the best car that fits their individual lifestyle. Before I was in the Car Industry I had a career in the Restaurant Industry with my last assignment being the General Manager of The Spaghetti Warehouse where I worked for 18 years.

The Best! I bought my Ford F150 pickup truck from Neal Bauer. I must say that Neal is far and above the best car salesman I ever had to deal with. He followed I bought my Ford F150 pickup truck from Neal Bauer. I must say that Neal is far and above the best car salesman I ever had to deal with. He followed up on my calls or emails ASAP. I am not sure how many times he said "I will take care of you". I would highly recommend Neal and Pacifico in general. More

Had to turn my car in since my lease was up. This is going to be short & sweet because Neal Bauer makes everything so easy. The day I went in to look Neal already had a Ford Escape in mind for me. I fell in love with it & it’s now my new car & I love it!!! Pacifico is a great dealership with wonderful people in sales,services, etc. very reliable & always there to help with any questions or problems. We will never go anywhere else for our cars!!!
