Everything I asked for, I received I worked with a team of people at Pacifico. I can say 3 things that I believe are very important for future buyers.. 1. Lower interest rates, money off, additional money for my trade in, new all-weather mats for the new vehicle, to borrow the vehicle for a few days, and more. 2. Suggestions and variety. Throughout my search, Jarrod and Chad asked what I was looking for. They showed me what they had in stock that matched my preferences, but also showed me similar vehicles that they thought might also satisfy my preferences. I highly considered some of what they showed me. 3. Honesty and genuineness. Both Chad and Jarrod were both honest and genuine.. even if that meant telling me something I may have not wanted to hear. In my opinion, their honesty cut out the BS and helped everything move forward more quickly. What really helped seal the deal was the warranty options that Pacifico offered, as well as service bonuses. In addition to the Ford warranty that I purchased, Pacifico has a engine warranty for the life of the vehicle. My only gripe is that the vehicle is supposed to have a door code, but I haven't been given that code yet. This is partially my fault as I should take the car in for them to do it, but they did have time to do it for me during the purchasing process. More
