I have a 36 months service contract for oil change with Bob sight Kia. On 11/05/2021 I went for an oil change, the director of financial operations Mike Goslee stated that my contract was only for 8 oil ch Bob sight Kia. On 11/05/2021 I went for an oil change, the director of financial operations Mike Goslee stated that my contract was only for 8 oil change. I already had 9, I have to pay $46 from now on for Oil change. I asked him to print the contract, and show me where 36 months meant only for 8oil changed. He left me hanging for hours, and when I insisted he said he will call the cops on me. I am pregnant. I drove 1hour to get the oil change in my car because I know I have a 36 months contract and suddenly I was denied the service that I paid for. When I call the century service maintenance care administrator they confirmed that my contract is valid until 01/28/2023. They are operating under deceptive and unfair business practice. Therefore I would like to report them and sue them based on what I went through that day. The man who inflicted this emotional distress to me is the director of financial operations.
