Overall it is a great dealership but my service consultant and another staff wasn’t really knowledgeable about the service they provided. I asked the service consultant if she had made sure my oil consultant and another staff wasn’t really knowledgeable about the service they provided. I asked the service consultant if she had made sure my oil change was a synthetic oil change and not the conventional oil change. She said that the oil they used was “5w-20 meaning it was a synthetic oil. “ Wrong! I told her that 5W-20 is available as regular motor oil and then there is 5W20 in semi synthetic and 5W20 full synthetic. I am hoping they did really used synthetic oil for my car. More
