I always like Herb Chambers Lexus. of Sharon. The work is always perfect and professional. It just got a little weird with letting me know whether my car was ready. They had to get a pa of Sharon. They had the car on Monday so I called Friday to get an update. I was told the part was coming from California so not ready. I pushed for more information and all of sudden within a half hour I got a bill and the car was ready. It could have been a miscommunication within the dealership. All is good. More
