Thank you for your review and your business. There are a variety of reasons a customer may not receive a particular offer. The first is that there are usually multiple offers available, not just one, and those are usually mutually exclusive. Also, not all customers will qualify for all available offers. That said, our goal is to align a purchase with the best offer the customer qualifies for. If you would like to review your paperwork, please send me an email with your best contact information and I will have your finance manager get with you to discuss. Gabrial Cruz, General Sales Manager, gcruz@bigstarhyundai.com

have an upgrade. Trading in an accent, we were offered 12k and test drove two SUV’s. In the beginning, our salesperson was great. Financing done, price was too high and we said “no”! That’s when the pressure built, Mo went as far as telling my wife and I that basically he couldn’t make ends meet if he couldn’t sell this car. It didn’t matter if we can actually afford it, we need to buy this car. So in the beginning we were promised a 250.00 gift card, they lied. We walked out frustrated and hungry…we did spend about 6.5 hours there. Thanks for keeping us, the customer in your best interest. Also, why have internet pricing when it’s off by 5-6K? It’s a hoax, a scam and market value pricing is a joke!! No one wants a Hyundai, it’s affordable and people drive what they can afford. Thanks for lying to us. It was a real pleasure.

I told you the day we bought the car that advertising a sales price and then saying in the fine print that it was only a cash price is unethical. Your response was that "everyone is doing it," and that does not fly with me. I work at The Home Depot, and if I price a plant at $21.95, but it rings up at $25.95 at the cash register, I cannot say, "Oh, we had to water it, and that is an add-on charge.
I had done my work before even coming to your dealership. I knew what was a good price/deal, and what was not for late-model Durangos. I missed out on one at your affiliate just a couple of days before. It was a 2021 Durango GT that was "advertised" for $33,000. I felt that my car and $30,000 would be a fair deal, especially with us putting $15,000 down. However, you charge $3000 for detailing and $1795 for something that neither Mo, nor you could explain. Your comment that my trade was not worth $5,000 was met with your vehicle is not worth $39,000!
So, you go back and remove the nebulous $1795, add $2,000 to the trade, and basically get the deal to about $500 above what we were wanting to do the trade.
Why did I have to haggle with you in the first place? Give me your best deal first. Obviously, what you gave me first was not your best deal, it was not even close to your best deal! If you were willing to sell the car for what we ended up paying for it at the end of the deal, then why were you not willing to do it at the beginning?
So, no, I am not pleased with the deal. I believe that you wanted to stick me with five grand more than was reasonable. I do not believe that customer good-will is important to you or your company, and I will not recommend your business to my friends. Other than getting the maintenance, for which I paid far too much, I will not be back to your dealership when I am looking for another vehicle.
You should have all of my contact information on file; however, I doubt that you will ever contact me again. I hope that I have been quite clear with my issues in the unlikely event that you do want to contact me.

4300 miles as new. I knew what I wanted and I explained this to Moe Shurafa. When I explained that I wanted a particular finance plan I was made to wait 39 minutes to be told it was not available. In 2 minutes of using my phone I showed Hyundai's website where it was very obviously available and after 20 minutes of arguing I was made to feel like an idiot that "of course that rate is available." They then did a hard credit check (2 other dealers were able to check my credit with soft checks). The price he was offering me included a mandatory $2000 protection plan and $1000 mystery fee, When asked about the 1K fee I was told that someone had to find the car and it covers that expense!?!?! The final price I was offered was $4000 over the price on their website and 6K over the price listed on Hyundai's website. After 2 hours of wasted time I went 30 miles south and purchased a NEW vehicle for $4000 less WITH 0% financing and was never badgered or insulted over the pricing.

my son..I will never buy here again. Way to lose a customer. After my mist recent purchase, i had to spend 5 hours and 31 calls to have a very simple question answered. 12 hang ups on me, the rest just sent in endless cycles of ringing. I even tried the on line chat, only instead of the answer i needed after giving the pertinent info was an email from a sakes rep to ask when i wanted to schedule a test drive. I finally got thru. To the most unbelievably rude finance man. It required about 120 seconds of his time, but his obnoxious rudeness was over the top. So my next 4 cars will not be from here
