I took my car to the dealer for recall and they checked it and they told me they need order the part for the recall, and they told me it need two business days to get the part and they will call me to brin it and they told me they need order the part for the recall, and they told me it need two business days to get the part and they will call me to bring it back. I waited for two weeks and no one called so I called the dealer to see what’s going on, they put me on hold for 10 minutes then they said yes we had the part and you can bring it if you want, so I made appointment and I took the car to the dealer. And they they said they can give me a car to use while they have my car for recall service so I called someone to pick me up and after they finished my car I went to get my car back and they don’t even wash it they gave me it all dust I have bad experience with this dealer but it’s the closest dealer to my location. More

I enjoyed everything about my oil change experience, including immediate service at the exact scheduled time, a clean comfortable waiting room with excellent free coffee/espresso and I was impressed whe including immediate service at the exact scheduled time, a clean comfortable waiting room with excellent free coffee/espresso and I was impressed when the service manager said the first oil change was on him which included a car wash. The only thing that seems like it was missed was my service reminder telling me my oil change is now due came on after a few days. I’m not sure if it was because my last charge was done by another Nissan dealer and maybe they set a 2nd and different reminder but I have a window sticker reminder for the next time my oil change is due so it’s all good. Thank you More
