Mitch is awesome! He detailed the car himself, and he made sure I had a full tank of gas when I picked the car up. He really went above and beyond to ensure that things worked well for me. My appointment began on time and every person I dealt with went above and beyond to assist me, answer questions and get me into a vehicle that was right for me and within my budget. Mitch, the salesperson; Dale, the business manager; and Neil the GM were excellent and focused on helping me out. Best car purchasing experience ever! Knowledgeable and friendly staff. The entire process was smooth and efficient. (Even other staff I wasn't working with greeted me as they passed by in the hallway). If you're car shopping I highly recommend starting with Luther Nissan Kia in Inver Grove Heights. You will be amazed. More

Mike in service got my car in and fixed in under an hour even though I was 2 days early for my appointment :-). The people were so great, when I decided to buy a car 2 months later they were my first thought. I came back 8n and met with Craig and Mitch who helped get me in my new car! 2016 Kia Sedona! Jamie got me a great rate to finance, and Andi and Jovonie helped keep me entertained while I waited. Overall my experience with this dealership and their staff has been top notch and I highly recommend them to everyone I know! More

Purchased a 2013 Kia Soul I REALLY liked my sales person Mitch Weiland. He was honest, humorous and a real pleasure to work with on this purchase. So I was tearfully looking for a car and feeling shocked and overwhelmed by an unexpected blow of a blown engine. Salesman was very mellow , patient, and understanding. I would not have reacted well under high pressure. I wound up with a slightly used vehicle that fits my lifestyle. So they did a great job. They even stayed late on a Saturday to complete the sale. Kudos to them! More

Great car buying experience I dread dealing with dealerships in general, however, Luther Nissan turned dread into an enjoyable experience. All of the staff, from beginning to end I dread dealing with dealerships in general, however, Luther Nissan turned dread into an enjoyable experience. All of the staff, from beginning to end, were honest courteous and downright fun to deal with. I came to the dealership to look at a specific car they had on the lot, but quickly found it did not fit my needs. Through conversation, Mitch was able to direct me to my perfect vehicle to fit my family's needs....though admittedly, it fits mine best of all. Nothing like walking out with a fun car from a great staff! More
