I talked to the Hagerstown KIA They are trying to help me with this Issue with my Kia, The day I bought a Kia soul 2023 It only had 17 miles on the car and on my way home all kinds of warnings came on d me with this Issue with my Kia, The day I bought a Kia soul 2023 It only had 17 miles on the car and on my way home all kinds of warnings came on dash and for a new car that.s bad, so i called Hagerstown Kia and so the car was in the shop 5 times and they are trying to find out what is causing the problem. the warning lights come on my dash every day since i bought the car, i have print outs and dates and times of everything, My hopes they can find out the bad issue. I had set up to view two other Honda's with another dealer and was recommended to check out Hagerstown Kia. I gave them a call, Richard was very accommodating and made all the arrangements for the visit. When I called back to change the day and time of the visit it was seamless. My wife and I went out from Westminster and looked at a CR-V EX-l and Touring model. Our salesman was Mike Todd, nice man, no pressure, friendly approach and a great customer service. Rich Whittington the finance man was just as professional and accommodating. Highly recommend this dealership for you next purchase. More
