The best dealership that makes me the happiest customer. For each of my visits and especially the most recent one I have received excellent service, at the Suburban Ford of Sterling Heights. I'm always able For each of my visits and especially the most recent one I have received excellent service, at the Suburban Ford of Sterling Heights. I'm always able to schedule an impromptu service appointment early in the morning; the team takes care of all my car needs, mostly PM, tells me about discounts I'm eligible for and rebates. The work is done promptly, throughly and with a pleasant smile and attitude. While I'm waiting I'm offered free coffee, and seating in a clean and comfortable area. The appearance of my dealership is most attractive and modern design. Finally at time to pay for services rendered, the cashier ladies are very kind and also my car is washed. Because of all these great service aspects I think there is no better dealership to do business with. Thank you all so much, keep up the excellent work. More

Road Hazard Not to long ago I became a victim of the Van Dyke construction. I was run of the road and thought that I had destroyed my new vehicle. That was on a Saturday, that Monday I brought the car into the service dept.My wife and I were introduced to the manager, Mike Skeltis. He took my SUV and kept it for 24 hrs. so that he could have the vehicle completely check out. He and his crew were just great and my SUV was returned and I was assured that my vehicle was fine and that I was lucky that their was no damage. More

Horrendous service, stay away! One month ago I brought my Mustang (that I had bought here) in for a warranty repair. The service guys took pictures of a small crack and were suppose One month ago I brought my Mustang (that I had bought here) in for a warranty repair. The service guys took pictures of a small crack and were supposed to send them in to corporate and call me back. Three weeks later I find out that they never sent the pictures in, and they never called me back. I talk to Mike Skeltis and he tells me that "he doesn't care what happened" (exact quote) to those pictures and that I should take my mustang to another dealership for a second opinion. Stay away from this dealership. They will lie to you and then ignore you. Worst service I have ever had. More

Outstanding customer service We took our 2013 Flex in for a problem, and while the problem could not be recreated in shop,Samantha was quick to call us and update us as the car wa We took our 2013 Flex in for a problem, and while the problem could not be recreated in shop,Samantha was quick to call us and update us as the car was being worked and to let us know we could pick it up. The following day, while shopping, the engine cover under the car came off. Samantha coordinated in-shop and the Service Foreman actually came to me , reviewed the problem and fixed it enough for me to drive the car back to the Dealership. The car was taken right away to the service area and fixed! I was incredibly impressed with the personal care I received today. This outstanding service saved men time and money! Thanks to all those involved. More

Stopped in for an Oil Change I was overdue for an oil change and finally got around to it late on a Saturday afternoon. I was concerned I was too late for the day, but from the mo I was overdue for an oil change and finally got around to it late on a Saturday afternoon. I was concerned I was too late for the day, but from the moment I pulled to the service door my experience was unlike any other I've experienced. I was greeted by friendly people who assured me they'd get me in. I was handed a pager and directed to a beautiful lounge with a restaurant.. Mandy Simon (new car sales) greeted me in the lounge and absolutely wowed me. Her enthusiasm is contagious. She was interested in what I drove and why. She knew everything about my truck. She spent time with me knowing I wasn't buying that day, but made sure that I was excited about my next F-150 and couldn't wait to tell me about all the new features and upgrades! She has that "it" factor that's hard to explain. She made me feel like the most important customer Suburban has ever had. I can not wait to buy my next vehicle from her! I walked out to the service area and my truck had been washed and the guy walks me to my door explaining everything that was done and checked. He hands me my keys and says that he hopes the visit went better than I expected. It certainly did. I don't normally take time to complete surveys, but this one was worth the time. Suburban Ford is a World-class dealership and I will be doing business and referring business there for many years to come. More
