Brady Hill always does a great job! With Brady Hill, Waleed Shah and the rest of the Colonial team, car buying couldnt be easier! Service department is top notch as well. I was introduced to the service Waleed Shah and the rest of the Colonial team, car buying couldnt be easier! Service department is top notch as well. I was introduced to the service manager Mike during my delivery. Super friendly guy and the service waiting area is clean and neat and I noticed someone disinfecting the area TWICE during the short time that I was there. Colonial customer for life!! More

I wouldn’t even give this place 1 star!!! Awful place to buy or even service a car! I was returning my lease after 1 year because the vehicle was too small for my family and was put into a overpriced 2015 H buy or even service a car! I was returning my lease after 1 year because the vehicle was too small for my family and was put into a overpriced 2015 Honda Pilot that was garbage! I literally always loved Honda and I’m disgusted with this place. My Honda Pilot before I bought it was serviced 5 times at Honda with no explanation on Car-fax which that shows they didn’t want to document what was wrong with the car. I had my car serviced two times in the matter of 3 months and that was horrible. They credited my service account $500 for me to go back, I was hesitant to go back the second time but I said try again. My car was towed in because of an alternator and meanwhile were going to charge me $1400.00 to fix but I had a warranty which they failed to check if it was covered. It was covered and I have credit there but I will not return back. That car was nothing but problems and they knew it. Also a salesman was going to have someone appraise my car and try to get into a dependable car for $900 a month , ummm no!! When they appraised my car he had to make sure he talked about how filthy it was , yes I have 3 kids and asked before if it needed to be vacuumed and he said no , the salesman stated they couldn’t look past the filth!! Which it wasn’t that bad, a good vacuum it needed. Then he stated what happened to my front bumper , umm ok I bought it like that, the bumper stuck out on the end missing a clip. Very sad place!! Call back speak to Waleed about how disgusted I am and he states he can get me into Honda Pilot brand new for $550, makes no sense when that other salesman stated $900 a month. No offense to Waleed he’s by far the best at that place!! Well thanks Honda for making me hate Honda’s and I bought another vehicle , they gave me more money for my trade in than you guys did which is sad because that is your vehicles!! I love my Ford 2020 Explorer. More
