Our salesman Mike Ayoub was very patient and upfront with us. The finance guy Mike O'Connell was super funny and made the signing process easy. These guys know exactly how business should be done! Marcus and I love this dealership and will always recommend it to everyone we know! P.S. They have a starbucks coffee machine and water bottles accessible to everyone AND a large screen tv so you won't miss out on the NFL games if you're there. More

Impeccable buying experience After taking several months to decide on a car and visiting at least 6 different dealerships for Buick and Chevrolet, we were put in touch with Ariel After taking several months to decide on a car and visiting at least 6 different dealerships for Buick and Chevrolet, we were put in touch with Ariel Szwec and Mark Latta at Sullivan. They were extremely up-front with no game playing. They did a fantastic job sitting down with us, explaining all of our options and determining what made the most sense for us financially and to best meet our needs. We never found ourselves second guessing our experience at Sullivans and felt very comfortable that we were not only treated fairly, but that the folks at Sullivan bent over backwards to make it an easy and well-informed purchasing decision. Mike was a pleasure to deal with in finance and took great care to make sure we were apprised of our options and that we selected options the were best in line with our desires. We have loved our 2014 Enclave and know that if we have any questions, Mark and Ariel will be happy to help us out. I would actively recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a Buick GMC. More

Friendly dealership! My husband was looking for a car and I suggested we stop over at Sullivan just to see what they have. After a few minutes of walking around the lot Mi My husband was looking for a car and I suggested we stop over at Sullivan just to see what they have. After a few minutes of walking around the lot Mike Ayoub approached me to see if I needed help. I like that he wasn't pushy! In fact he was quick with the keys for us to test drive and at the end of the day we went home with a brand new Terrain and my husband couldn't be happier. Everyone at the dealership was very friendly and nice. the two people we dealt with were Mike Ayoub and Mike O'Connell and they were both wonderful and made the car buying experience "painless".
