Initially I would have given both Mike and Zimmerman 5 star reviews but I feel like I was a little mislead. I was told upon picking up my Car that it would be detailed, filled with gas, and the back tire star reviews but I feel like I was a little mislead. I was told upon picking up my Car that it would be detailed, filled with gas, and the back tire would be fixed because it was leaking. When I picked it up it had not been cleaned inside and the gas tank was not filled like they said. The tire seemed to be fixed but about a week after having the car it already started to leak again. Now my car won’t start and has just been sitting in my driveway. Guessing it needs a new alternator. I’ve only had the car 2 weeks More

I shopped online for my new CRV and couldn’t be happier with Mike Jerrin and all of Zimmerman Honda. He called me after my online request and we talked about it. The whole deal was made remotely.
