Service Department too slow Mike was very pleasant to deal with. My routine service took 3-hours, this was after making an appointment in advance and stating that I will wait for Mike was very pleasant to deal with. Hire more mechanics and don't schedule appointments if you can't provide reasonable timely service. Think I'll take my other Honda back to Hendrick Honda in Bradenton for service...maybe you can learn from them how to schedule timely service. This was not my first visit to your service department.
