Derelict Tire I took my car in for routine service. When I picked up the car, the dash lights came on. They cleared it and sent me on my way but it happened again I took my car in for routine service. When I picked up the car, the dash lights came on. They cleared it and sent me on my way but it happened again. So I left the car overnight. MikeH and Pedro found my issue - it was due to a tire that was a different size from all the others. I purchased these from another shop and eventually got my money back from them after purchasing the correct size. Anyway, MikeH was a pleasure to deal with and super fair about resolving my issue. Kuddos to the tech - Pedro - who discovered the problem. More

A little disappointed I made an appointment for 2:30pm on July 25 for a regular oil change/tire rotation. I arrived there about 2:15 and was told someone would be right wit I made an appointment for 2:30pm on July 25 for a regular oil change/tire rotation. I arrived there about 2:15 and was told someone would be right with me. So I sat in my car waiting about 15-20 minutes before someone came to car and asked what I came in today for. As I was explaining I had a 2:30 appointment for oil change, he told me its going to be a long wait and pointed to all the other cars ahead of me as if he wanted me to change my mind and reschedule. He quoted me $97 for a oil change in tire rotation for my 2014 accord with less then 74000 miles and I told him I never paid that much for a oil change in last 3 years I being taking my car there and he told me the prices have gone up for oil changes. I was there until about 5pm and I understand they are busy but the customer service lacked. When I got my car it was not washed which I requested when I made the appointment and white dirt rocks inside driver side and black smudge on door handle and steering. I have never had a problem with Brandon Honda that's why I continue to go back. More
