I felt comfortable talking to him, and I never felt as if he was trying to push anything on me. He answered my questions honestly, whether it was about pre-owned vehicles or new vehicles. He talked to me, not at me, and he did a good job of explaining the differences in the RAV4 from previous years to the 2019 model. All of the representatives I dealt with at Scott Clark Toyota were very friendly, pleasant, and helpful, from the front desk greeter to the manager to the business representative whom I did the paperwork with. Overall, it was a pleasant experience. And I felt like they gave me a good deal on my purchase. More
