I would recommend Mike if you are in need of new car. Chad Walczak did a very fine job in explaining all the features of our Mazda3. We were confident that we understood how everything operated when we left the dealership. Ryan in finance walked us right through the purchasing part of the deal and he was upfront and open about all the fees and costs. We new exactly what we were paying for and how much it cost. All and all it was a very positive experience dealing with the staff at Luther Mazda. More

He was always there to look into all the queries. All these people went out of their way to help us deciding upon a car to buy. They were kind enough to let us take the car for an inspection by an external mechanic. We had a tough time deciding upon the car to purchase but they were patient and extremely cooperative. My insurance co. decided they would not cover any damages. Paul S in service was very up- front and honest with their estimate and appraisal of the situation. I decided the cost of the repair was not worth the investment and Paul put me in touch with Mike in Sales. Mike and i worked out a deal and Dan in Finance made the numbers work. Within 1/2 a day I left with a 2011 Mitsubishi Outlander and could not have been easier More
