Our salesman, Mike, was extremely helpful and, Bob, the sales manager was very professional and helpful, as well. After finalizing the deal, we were turned over to the Finance guy, Mark Fernandez, and there wasn’t any pressure to purchase things we didn’t want. Mike went over all the functions of the truck with us so we left feeling very comfortable with how things worked. The overall experience couldn’t have been better. we highly recommend this dealership! More

preowned encore. Tail light out of warranty I’ve owed my certified pre owned encore for 3 weeks and I love it. It was brought to my attention from a friend that my right rear tail light was not I’ve owed my certified pre owned encore for 3 weeks and I love it. It was brought to my attention from a friend that my right rear tail light was not working. I toke my car in to service, found out my bulb was not under warranty anymore. They gave me a price and took encore into service. Everyone was very nice and speedy on repair . To my surprise Ryan told me there was NO CHARGE. My service advisor Ryan Donarski was great in taking care of me and my vehicle and wanted to make sure I was happy. More
