Wanted a Jeep for a good deal, Got a Jeep for a great deal. 100% happy with my experience down at Olathe DCJR. Miguel was easy to work with and knowledgeable as well as very personable. He had the Jeep I had ca 100% happy with my experience down at Olathe DCJR. Miguel was easy to work with and knowledgeable as well as very personable. He had the Jeep I had called on ready for me and even stuffed himself in the backseat with a smile. I can't remember the sales manager's name but he was very friendly and helpful throughout the lending process as well. Dominick over in finance was a breeze to work with as well, listened to my questions and answered them with thought. Helped me save some money where I needed to, and let me spend some money where I wanted to. One thing I can't stand is a pushy F&I guy. I appreciate the products sold to me by Dominick and the information he gave me about them. My little brother gets back from a deployment next month and we'll definitely be going to see Miguel! More

I WOULD NEVER RECCOMEND THIS DEALERSHIP!!! To begin with, not a friendly dealership. No-one spoke (3 managers at the front desk). But, really liked their truck! After leaving the dealership, called back and Made a "solid commitment" with Miguel "YESTERDAY" we wanted the truck, he asked "if we got the payment you want, do we have a deal", I said" yes". He called back and said "I have good news, We can get there. Couldn't tell me the exact number, but within a few dollars OF $500 ( I HAD HIM ON SPEAKER AND 3 OTHER PEOPLE HEARD THE DEAL BEING MADE ) NEVER """""" one time""""" did he ask for a deposit!!!!!!!!!! I Told them this morning we had something come up and couldn't come down, asked could we submit over the phone...he sends a link for us to get pre-approved. Got the call back, said "good news, your approved", The only thing is the payment came back at $118(THE DEAL WE "AGREED" ON WAS $500) AGAIN.... YESTERDAY!!!!! I told him we didn't want a payment that high, He say's to me..."THERE IS SOMEONE ELSE DRIVING THE TRUCK (ON AN OVER NIGHT), SO IT MIGHT BE SOLD, HE DIDN'T KNOW YET!! MY QUESTION IS, IF I HAVE BEEN APPROVED AND MADE AN AGREEMENT YESTERDAY, WHY IS SOMEONE ELSE DRIVING IT TODAY???????? AM I OUT OF LINE???? SPOKE WITH DANIEL, MGR.... HE SAID "WE DIDN'T PUT DOWN A DOWN PAYMENT", (AGAIN, NEVER ASKED FOR ONE) SO HE CONTINUES TO TELL ME AT THAT POINT IT'S OPENED TO ANYONE. AGREED MIGUEL, SHOULD HAVE ASKED FOR A DEPOSIT, SORRY HE DIDN'T!!! THIS IS NOTTTTTT HOW YOU DO BUSINESS. THIS HAS NOW BUT A DINK ON OUR CREDIT SCORE ON TOP OF EVERYTHING ELSE. Great price but deceptive selling Everything went smoothly until it was time to purchase. Everybody knows buying a vehicle is a PITA with all the sales techniques to pay you more. I had none of that in the beginning which was nice. However Ive purchased a Tesla, Volvo and Ram in past year and everybody is behind Tesla. Basically I had a tradein value agreed upon. Went to finalize deal and all of a sudden had a 4k sales tax added on. This was an issue of gifting tradein from father. Zero mention even though they knew it was coming but decided to hide it until at financing table. Very shady. Financer brought seller in and it got awkward. I went ahead with sale but this shouldnt happen. I will never finance a vehicle again through dealer, its just auwful how they game you. I recently got a Tesla, financed third party so had check in hand. Tesla drove vehicle to meet me, I handed them check, signed two papers and he got in an uber and left. If only other dealerships did it this way. More
