2019 RDX Repair Brought car in for 3 issues. Two of the 3 were repaired post haste. A part was ordered for the third repair and I’m waiting on being notified when to Brought car in for 3 issues. Mixed experiences My first experience here for an oil change under the maintenance program was great. I also had a good experience when a tire was low and they put air My first experience here for an oil change under the maintenance program was great. I also had a good experience when a tire was low and they put air in the tire and washed the car out of courtesy. However, when it became clear that I had To possibly get the tires replaced, the quote I received was for a different tire than I actually got. Tires are fine, but I expect correct information up front. And I expect that to be pointed out and explained to me upon checkout. The appointment took over 2 hours for tire replacement. Way too long. My husband found Mike challenging to communicate with during the process. Then, the morning after getting the new tires, I noticed a large amount of grease on all 4 tires. No one bothered to clean it off. I had to back to get it cleaned off. I expect much more from a dealership when I paid over $50k for a car. The person who helped me by cleaning off the tires was the bright spot in this experience. I wish I could remember his name. More
