My windshield wipers were not working. I called to see if I could get in immediately to have them looked at and they said yes. They checked the wipers and gave me options for getting them fixed including one I could get in immediately to have them looked at and they said yes. They checked the wipers and gave me options for getting them fixed including one they could do right away and was not too expensive, which I chose. I was very happy with the service. More

I have been dealing with Luther Kia since 2004 and every experience has been very positive. The service people have been extremely courteous and efficient. Every time I bring the Sedona I bought at this dealership in for regular service, my confidence in the dealership's honestly and quality of work increases! Great service! I came in for an oil change and to have a couple things checked. I had also received some recall information in the mean time. My car vibrates at 65 mph. After they did the tire balance, they told me that still vibrating at 70 or higher, and I need to do roadforce balance which they cannot do it since they don't have the mach balance, they told me that still vibrating at 70 or higher, and I need to do roadforce balance which they cannot do it since they don't have the machine. I asked them whether the rim is bent or not(I asked them because I googled on the internet, and it is said that somebody just ignored this problem), and they told me that rim is totally fine, and I just need to do roadforce balance. And today when I went to Tiresplus, they found out that the left rear rim is bent, and it would not help if I do roadforce balance before replacing the bent rim. My point is: if you didn't check the problem, or if you don't know how to check, don't mislead me. It's wasting my money and time. More
