All of my requests were addressed to my satisfaction within the same day, I live 30 miles north of Pittsburgh and given Shawn’s service I bought my 2016 Mercedes GLC300 sight unseen as they accepted my trade in. When I arrived all paper work was prepared and awaiting my signature. The car was exactly as presented and Shawn demonstrated all of the functionality prior to our leaving.
