Friendly and extremely helpful, they addressed all my technical questions and pricing concerns in a timely and effective manner. While a 2020 V60 equipped with the packages and options I was seeking wasn't in their stock, they very quickly sourced exactly what I was looking for without the long wait of a special order. My service advisor Grant Nierling is so knowledgeable trustworthy and really makes me feel like he has my back. In fact that’s why I went there recently and got the 2020 S60 Sedan I’m driving today.
