Bryan Nickerson was good to show my the car and work out a deal. When completing the paperwork, the finance manager, Jeremiah Bland sold me an extended warranty I did not need, and he did not tell me there a deal. When completing the paperwork, the finance manager, Jeremiah Bland sold me an extended warranty I did not need, and he did not tell me there was a $100 deductible each time I used the warranty. He did return my $900 warranty payment, but it was recorded on the Bill of Sales so I had to pay a $90 sales tax to transfer the title. More

We purchased a 2019 Kia Optima from there a few years ago and overall the purchase was pleasant. HOWEVER, we recently just found out that our car has an excessive oil consumption issue that Kia is known for and overall the purchase was pleasant. HOWEVER, we recently just found out that our car has an excessive oil consumption issue that Kia is known for and they were far from helpful!!! Johnna in the service department was incompetent, and extremely rude over the phone. All I did was ask what they could do and she was whispering with someone on the other end and basically coming up with every way they could NOT to help us! When I told her we will not be purchasing another kia from them if this was the level of service we are going to receive, she hung up the phone on me! I highly recommend that you proceed with caution when purchasing a vehicle from a dealership that refuses to back their product and is so willing to be combative when it comes to an issue beyond the purchase! BUYERS BEWARE and to be clear we gave them a 5 Star after our purchase so don't be fooled by that either! More

Even with the shortage of new cars available they helped me find a car that met all my wants and needs at a reasonable price with no pressure. And they didn’t try to charge over the sticker price like some me find a car that met all my wants and needs at a reasonable price with no pressure.
