My husband and I went to Hudson GMC after visiting one other local GMC dealership. There was no comparison between the two. Everyone at Hudson GMC was welcoming, friendly, accomodating, and most important other local GMC dealership. There was no comparison between the two. Everyone at Hudson GMC was welcoming, friendly, accomodating, and most importantly genuine. They had the exact car we wanted on the lot which was very nice. We were in our new Acadia in no time and have already recommended this dealership/salesman to 2 friends who are in the market for a new car. Mike Vargas and Matt Mullaney were both extremely knowledgable and very easy to deal with. From the moment we walked in the door to the moment we drove away in our new car, we felt like a part of their family and because of that, they will have a customer for life. More

We would definitely recommend this Dealer and were very satisfied with Matt Mullaney as well as any of the other employees we met while we were there. Everyone was friendly and down-to-earth people. We received a really good price for our trade which was a 2008 Saturn Vue. We received an excellent price on our 2012 Terrain which we love!! We received an excellent rate and were able to have the company we want to finance our loan at a great rate. We received a great tip on a wonderful restaurant to eat at which we really loved as well because we are not from the area. Matt was extremely attentive with emails and phone calls when needed. Matt took extra time after hours to go over our vehicle with us to show us its fantastic features and how they work and even did programming for us which we appreciated. It was detailed extremely well when we picked it up as we added the chrome package to it. Only disappointment was that we were told he may be a bit more flexible on the price of our trade which stopped us from going to one other dealership where we had had some service done to get a price on our trade and then when we went back to renegotiate again because we would then not go to that dealer Matt said he had put his best foot forward so he could not go any higher. We accepted that but were a bit disappointed. We, also, did compare another dealership owned by family because we like to purchase at family-owned businesses because we are from that background as well. The other dealership was professional and courteous but did not have the same family feel and their price on the new and the trade was not as good. They did offer other incentives as far as discounts on pricing of the chrome package which were excellent but in the end they did not want our business as bad as they should have. Especially in these hard economic times when purchasing a new vehicle is a big deal and something you must really do your homework on. Matt is actually looking in to finding us a used car for our mother to buy and has offered solid advice as to what type we should look for based on her needs. Matt, also, told us about a clinic which they offer monthly to new owners to help educate you more on your vehicleand feel more comfortable with which I never heard a dealer offer. We're both from an automotive background and we have conducted and set up clinics for our customers (the installer) to receive but didn't know this existed for us the consumers. I went to Hudson Cadillac Buick GMC with my wife, as she was looking for a new car for work, when we met Matt Mullaney. Within minutes I realized that we were at family owned dealership and not some s was looking for a new car for work, when we met Matt Mullaney. Within minutes I realized that we were at family owned dealership and not some store front just looking to generate a sale. Matt was friendly, knowledgeable and patient. He never pushed a car and listen to my wife's needs. He considered my input and let the process take place without any prodding or "steering". My wife and I were so impressed with Matt that after she bought her Cadillac, I test drove a GMC Terrain. I was looking for a vehicle with some room but better MPG than my Explorer. The whole time I was with Matt it didn't feel like a hustle but instead like I was with a friend or family member. Matt respected my guidelines for looking for a vehicle and my "pulling the trigger". In two weeks my wife and I both walked out of Hudson Valley Cadillac Buick GMC with two new cars and stress free transactions. Without question I would reccommend Matt Mullaney and Hudson Valley Cadillac Buick GMC to friends, family and strangers alike. More

The BEST sales experience I have ever had. I actually drove from RI (3.5 hrs) it was worth the drive! The deal was cut and dry from the beginning, they gave me what I wanted for the trade and gave me a drove from RI (3.5 hrs) it was worth the drive! I had talked to 3 other dealerships in my area and got their so called best price..funny how their best price didn't touch Hudson's and their best price kept dropping and still didn't touch the price I got from Matt. I am very impressed with Hudson's inventory, they had 20+ Terrains..the dealers in my area had between 1 and 5. The professionalism and friendliness was refreshing...and the salesmen are top notch. I am an insurance agent and talk to dealerships every day and Hudson does business the way I do business, take care of your customers and they will take care of you. We have never had such an enjoyable car buying experience as this one. ALL of the sales people were polite and kind. Andre and Matt both went out of thier way to find us special discounts towards our new v as this one. ALL of the sales people were polite and kind. Andre and Matt both went out of thier way to find us special discounts towards our new vehicle and gave us a more than fair amount for our trade-in. They also were able to get us financed at 0%, which has NEVER happened before! We felt like part of the family there during our 4 day buying process, it was very comfortable and laid back. When we finally were able to pick up our new vehicle, Andre went over everything about the vehicle and sat with us in the truck to explain On Star. We've been married for almost 20 yrs. and never have had such a great personable experience such as this! I would highly recommend to anyone! More

I had been researching Terrains and Equinox for a while and went in to see what was available at Hudson for three reasons; 1- They were the only dealership that treated my daughter as the customer several and went in to see what was available at Hudson for three reasons; 1- They were the only dealership that treated my daughter as the customer several years ago when she was shopping for a new car ( the others only talked to me even though we were clear to say she was buying) 2- I was impressed with their selection of this hard to keep in stock vehicle and 3- they are hometown type folks. Mike Mullaney the owner greated my wife and I and directed us to Bob O'Connell. Bob talked with us and assessed our desires in options and reviewed the car's attributes. He actually picked from the selection the one he thought we would like best and we drove it, bought it and picked it up all in less than 4 hours. The trade in value offered was very fair and the paperwork quickly handled by Bob and Matt Mullaney. They seem very friendly, honest and professional without the normal stigma of a car salesman. Overall very pleased with the interaction and their facility is kept clean, well maintained and attractive. More

I went to the dealership looking for a GMC 2010 Canyon, and with Glen's help found the one for me and I bought it. Sounds easy, right? And it was...thanks to the the gentlemen helping me. I hesitated to trade in my old Toyota, but with the right offer on my trade and the attention Don gave me, I was sure that was the best way to go. When it came to my financed total, Matt made sure I was getting the absolute best price on my truck. So if you're looking to buy but not quite sure where to go, put this dealership right on top of you list. More

After being extremely disappointed with many dealerships on Long Island I decided to make the 70 mile trip up to Hudson to purchase a 2010 GMC Terrain. I was greeted by Mike Vargas who was so attentive, friendly and met all my needs. Matt Mullaney handled all my financial needs and was very helpful. The owner of the dealership took the time to meet and talk to me as well. The most important thing about this dealership is that there was no pressure what so ever to make a purchase. We recently purchased an Acadia through Hudson Pontiac Buick GMC, and had a terrific experience. Our sales person, Matt Mullaney was extremely attentive to our needs. We stopped in for several test drives Buick GMC, and had a terrific experience. Our sales person, Matt Mullaney was extremely attentive to our needs. We stopped in for several test drives, and other various questions of which he always made himself available. When we called with questions or concerns (which was often) Matt always took the time to speak with us and help us through the process. When it came to locate a car for us, Matt and the dealership really looked out for our needs and was able to find the 'perfect' car for us promptly.
