He always explains everything to you, whether it be the rebates, lease information, loan payments, etc before you make your decision. Hank will not steer you in the wrong direction just to make a sale! He wants you to be happy and satisfied with your purchase/lease, and that makes him happy! Outstanding customer sales and service I was shopping around for a vehicle and having been given the run around by another larger known dealership in Walworth County, my friend directed me I was shopping around for a vehicle and having been given the run around by another larger known dealership in Walworth County, my friend directed me to Burtnesss. In less than 24 hours I was in a new to me vehicle, in the price range I had requested and payment in the ballpark as well.
