Matt Boutte` was extremely pleasant and knowledgable. Matt answered all of our many questions - some multiple times. He provided all of the information that we needed and allowed us the time that we need Matt answered all of our many questions - some multiple times. He provided all of the information that we needed and allowed us the time that we needed to make an unrushed, unpressured, informed decision. I can't tell you how much that was appreciated. The financial rep (Mike, I believe) also made the signing of the documents quick and easy. He was again very friendly and professional. Air conditioning This is the first time I've had something wrong with my Kia Optima since I bought it new over 2 years ago. I had water leaking on the passenger side, This is the first time I've had something wrong with my Kia Optima since I bought it new over 2 years ago. I had water leaking on the passenger side, called and set up an appointment, they took my car in the second I arrived, and fixed the problem in 10 minutes! Also they told me they would continue to check the hose that was leaking every time I bring my car in for an oil change. Excellent service and a great group of employees! More
