Excellent customer service! I went into the dealership knowing exactly what I wanted, there was no changing my mind. Martin already had the car I wanted ready to show off and tak I went into the dealership knowing exactly what I wanted, there was no changing my mind. Martin already had the car I wanted ready to show off and take out for a test drive. He went one by one through every safety future and specs of the car. As I drove the car he went into further detail and made sure all my questions were answered about the car. When we sat down to talk numbers he made sure he had all the info and made sure he was getting me the best deal possible. Sure enough we signed the papers that night. Two days later I went to pick up my car and it was all ready for me! Martin and I sat in the car and he helped me in connecting my phone. He showed me how to work all the buttons and made sure before I drove off I was all set. Another plus about Martin was I had my 4yr old son with me when we went to see the car and when I went to pick it up. He made him feel just as important and he loved it. He almost felt like he was buying a car! As a family we had a excellent experience and our happy with our purchase. More
