Just picked up a new Terrain from Gates and couldn’t be happier with the entire process from start to finish. The current market is a bit challenging with supply chain issues and prior to contacting Gates I was faced with what I felt was a lack of customer service and empathy given the current market. Martin did a great job of understanding my goals and made it as painless as possible working through numerous scenarios with me before I ever visited the dealership.
