Had been working w/ Marlend for a few months now. Wanted an X5 M50i but then booked an iX a few months back, hoping that the vehicle would get to production before Nov'22 but did not. And then an X5 Wanted an X5 M50i but then booked an iX a few months back, hoping that the vehicle would get to production before Nov'22 but did not. And then an X5 M50i showed up in the inventory with all the spec matching my preference. I could not get it for my target price but Marlend was kind enough to consider a couple of thousands discount as my b'day gift. Showed up at the dealership at 3:00 PM for a test drive and drove my new X5 by 6:30 PM. Down payment, Financing, Contract/Paper work were all seamless and completed in quick time. Marlend was kind enough to drive my older X5 home. Pleasant experience! Thanks to the whole team that worked in the background as well. Best More

I cannot say enough nice things about BMW of Tenafly, they made the car buying experience very easy (and it was probably the fastest that I have ever been in and out of a car dealership for sales)! There they made the car buying experience very easy (and it was probably the fastest that I have ever been in and out of a car dealership for sales)! There was no pressure throughout the process and the team really put the customer first. It started with Antonio Cruz who helped to answer all of my questions about the vehicle I was interested in, and worked with me to get to a price that I was comfortable paying. I was then put in touch with Marlend Kaceli who finalized the deal and got me ready to take delivery of my car. Charles Carmona simplified the finance process, having the paperwork ready for me to go and not upselling me on anything that I didn’t need for my new car. Finally, Dylan Ferraro helped me settle into my new car, showing me all of the features of the vehicle and providing personalized recommendations based on what I was using the car for. I will definitely be purchasing another car from Tenafly in the future!! More
