A few steps short of a good experience Mark, the salesman was very courteous, informative and helpful. Can't say the same for their business person. He was polite but curt, shoved all sorts of maintenance and appearance options at us, which we didn't want but probably made a difference in his commission. Could have easily added 10% to the cost of the car. Definitely the low point in our experience. The car had been washed (it had probably been sitting out for 3 months) but there were streaks, especially on the windows, and at least one spot on the rear of the car that probably had had some sort of sticky sign on it. was obvious but ignored when I pointed it out. Guess I'll have to remove it. In short, much better than average sales person, very average dealership. More

Exceptional Staff & Exceptional Dealorship Normally, you walk into a car dealership with trepidation waiting for the inevitable swarm of killer bees. This was not the case when I walked into Stohlman Subaru of Sterling. I've purchased many cars from many different dealerships in my lifetime and no previous experience comes close to my experience with the staff at Stohlman. The professionalism, courtesy, and genuine willingness to help me make a major decision and purchase in as stress-free a manner as possible is something that is very rare in the auto dealership business. Mark Doyle, Sales Consultant, was instrumental in my decision to purchase a Subaru. He was very knowledgeable, patient, and extremely helpful in guiding me to find the best car to meet my needs completely. Samuel Kasraie, Business Manager, was exceedingly helpful with the finance and with the maintenance programs. Edvin Gusinac and Charlie Damron were very helpful in answering questions regarding software and new technology. James Starr, Sales Manager, was helpful in facilitating getting the package I wanted at the best possible price. My impression is that Stohlman is more interested in creating a community than in just selling a car and that is that is rare and special, and in my mind a winning formula. More

Great pricing, flexible team, great service! Picked up a 2018 Subaru WRX limited this week. Worked with Mark & Joe. They came together to pull the car from Rockville, and got it to me in time, so I can make my meeting out of town. No high pressure sales tactic, no shady dealings, no "I'm going to keep checking with my manager for a great deal" tactics, no hidden fees. Easy to get a test drive for new car. Great atmosphere, and great team to work with. This is why I only work with Subaru dealerships on my new car needs. More

Mark Doyle without a doubt, provided me the best buying experience that others didn't even come close to. It's apparent Mark's main goal is to make sure that the customer is more than happy with their new car and and to deliver the best customer experience in a timely, honest manner. At the time I was only interested in the WRX offerings Subaru had, but now would consider other Subaru models just to have the hassle free process I had with Mark. I highly recommend Stohlman Subaru and can't praise enough the service I got from Mark Doyle. More

Most enjoyable car purchase of our lifetime! Mark was the best salesman we have ever dealt with. He really took the time to make sure we were getting the absolute best deal possible and showed us Mark was the best salesman we have ever dealt with. He really took the time to make sure we were getting the absolute best deal possible and showed us the highest amount of respect. Sam in the finance department was amazing as well. He did not try to pressure us into any extras. He presented everything in a very professional manner and took no for an answer for things we were not interested in. We were in and out in record time. The last time I bought a car from another dealer I was pressured so much and for so long that I spent hours in the room with the finance department with a very condescending finance manager who basically would not let me leave without buying something extra. Not the case with Sam at Stohlman. He was amazing. I would recommend this dealership to anyone. The dealership is spotless and clean and their inventory is unmatched. These guys score and 11 on a 1-10 scale! More

Covered all the basics in a personable, easily-understood manner so that we drove away with a fair understanding of our Impreza and good expectations that, when we return for further clarification on some components, we will be treated like family.
