Impressive. Exceeded my expectations. I purchased a 2015 NX last week. Yes, I would definitely recommend Woodfield Lexus. I bought this NX sight unseen. I knew what trim level I desire I purchased a 2015 NX last week. Yes, I would definitely recommend Woodfield Lexus. I bought this NX sight unseen. I knew what trim level I desired, and found this NX online. I had test driven the NX at other dealerships. Dealing with Woodfield Lexus was seamless. They actually wanted my business, but they weren't pushy. What a concept! I had dealt with two other dealerships in my area. They couldn't have cared less to have me as their customer. I assume the reasons were, that I did not have a trade in vehicle, nor was I interested in financing. Woodfield Lexus didn't even ask. They sold me the car that I was inquiring about. That's all I asked for, and wanted. No smoke and mirrors at this dealership. It was straight forward. They made me feel welcome. When I took delivery of the NX, it was actually fun! From the time I arrived to departure, every employee was attentive, and knowledgeable. Mark Demma was my sales consultant. He has the experience and expertise. Mark made my purchase a satisfying experience. During the entire process, Mark communicated with me several times with follow up calls. He didn't drop the ball. I thoroughly enjoyed dealing with Mark. Super guy, and great personality! The best! Mark even helped me transfer my belongings from my vehicle to the new NX. Service with a smile! Jerry Oslane was the financial mgr. that handled the transaction smoothly and efficiently. Very pleasant. David Gustafson, a delivery/tech specialist helped me set up the navigation. We had a lot of fun doing that. I was laughing so hard, that I was crying! David spent a lot of time with me, and was extremely helpful. Greg Clark the general sales manager, was front and center. Greg made sure the transaction went well. He thanked me for my business more than once, with a handshake and a smile. His visibility, and customer appreciation was important. It didn't go unnoticed. My wife and I were trying to find the best one in our price range. Next time we will come here first. We worked with Mark Demma who was never pushy just gave facts and answered questions. He was amazing to work with, like talking to family. My wife and I look forward to buying our next car from Mr. Demma. I highly recommend Mr. Demma if you are looking for a car. As for the car it was a 2007 Honda Pilot. Naturally you expect issues and just have to deal with in a vehicle of this age. The one they had looked like it came off the showroom floor. They didn't lie when we were told "not every used car goes on our lot we take in". They truly do only sell and present vehicles in amazing shape. After the previous 11 we saw this was the best hands down! If we could afford a new Lexus, or if you can, I wouldn't hesitate to visit this dealer before buying. We wasted so much time visiting other dealers which we have very little with 2 infants! In our situation we bought used but were never treated like lower class, they were extremely nice and caring. It was great experience and memory we will always have. More
