He gave us his card and told us to call if we seen anything we liked or had any questions. I loved that he did not pressure us and let us look without following us around the lot. He let us drive the jeep to a Nissan dealer because I wanted to look at some other vehicles, while at the other car dealer the salesman followed us around the lot instead of letting us look, went with us when we test drove a vehicle and even had me sit in the backseat to try to sale to my husband, little did he know, the car was for me. The total experience was great. Loved the no pressure sales. We will take our business's there in the future. More

From the moment my husband and I got to Key Chrysler and even past buying my Jeep we were taken care of 100%. I have never had a positive experience buying a vehicle from a car dealership until I went to Key Chrysler. Shaun found exactly what I was looking for and when things did not work out with my first choice vehicle they were very quick to find an equal replacement! You cannot get more excellent customer service like that. Not only that, the finance person, Mark, got me an excellent interest rate without me even asking. Everyone at Key Chrysler went above and beyond my expectations. We really liked Key Chrysler so much that we also bought a Dodge Dart while we were getting my car! Best car dealership ever! More

Pleasantly Satisfied Customer I was very satisfied with Joey Carrico as my salesman. Key dealership was the only dealer which allowed me to use the Costco discount. I couldn't find I was very satisfied with Joey Carrico as my salesman. Key dealership was the only dealer which allowed me to use the Costco discount. I couldn't find a Jeep dealer in Cincinnati. Joey explained every step thoroughly just as Costco had done. He was very patient while answering all my questions and found a yellow Renegade after I told him my preference was red. The only suggestion would be to improve the system for the final step..I had to wait about 45 minutes to actually purchase my car. This was after I had an appointment with Joey. I would recommend this dealership to everyone who is looking for a new car. After working with other dealers I can tell you Joey is very honest! More

Believe me, I was very disappointed with the caliber of people I was dealing with when trying to buy my new jeep renegade. Luckily when I called Key Chrysler, Joey happened to answer the phone. The entire buying experience was stress-free. Joey is great!!! If you do your homework on what you should pay for your new car as well as what you can get for your trade in, then you too can have the same great car buying experience that I did.
