The car purchase experience at Wilde Sarasota was "WILD". Louis Grass and I communicated for a couple of days prior to narrowing down my choices of vehicles. When I arrived at Wilde Louis had arranged for Louis Grass and I communicated for a couple of days prior to narrowing down my choices of vehicles. When I arrived at Wilde Louis had arranged for all three vehicles to be waiting for me in front of the showroom. Louis Grasso is an incredibly patient man who listened to my concerns and negotiations. Within a few hours I drove out of Wilde Sarasota in my new vehicle and a big smile on my face. I have purchased two cars from Aldo Surdo at Wilde Jaguar in the past 6 months. The first was a new Jaguar and the second a used Cadillac. Obviously, these have been trying times with new cars being in sh in the past 6 months. The first was a new Jaguar and the second a used Cadillac. Obviously, these have been trying times with new cars being in short supply and the price of used cars skyrocketing. Over my life, I have bought almost more new and used cars than I can count and more dealers than I care to remember. However, I do remember all the dealers. My Jaguar dealer in another city was always pricey, but I knew that he would never, ever, sell a bad used car. Most dealers were just average, and one or two made me wonder how they stayed in business and sometimes my wondering was proved correct when they didn't. I gave the "price" category 5 stars, even though nobody wants to be paying these crazy prices, but at least temporarily, that's the world we live in. However, in the case of the Cadillac, I spent days looking at competing cars on the internet comparing cost, miles, tech, and other extras on the cars and the car at Wilde was actually the best deal enough that I went in and purchased it before it even had a picture on the web. So far, Aldo and this dealer are No. 2 on my all time list. I can't rate them No. 1 because I haven't known them long enough. But Aldo and the rest of the staff were always honest and did all they said they would and in fact offered additional help I haven't had the time to take them up on yet. Aldo's brother, Marco, also works at the dealership and I my comments about him would be the same. So, I hope the dealership gives Aldo and Marco raises so that they continue to increase the dealership's own reputation. More
