recall handled well we stopped using "Warnock " service years ago because of a number of unfavorable service experiences. The latest visit ,for two recalls, was required we stopped using "Warnock " service years ago because of a number of unfavorable service experiences. The latest visit ,for two recalls, was required due to the need to return to the agency from which I purchased my truck. It was a very satisfactory experience . I have not used the service dept. for routine maintenance so it is difficult to draw conclusions except to say this visit was handled well. More

Courteous, professional service in a good environment Cars are only as good as their after-sale service, especially today's cars, which are largely computers. Great Service Department Most of my visits are to have my 2012 Chrysler 300 brought in for routine maintenance, I have never had a problem with any of the service people. I would especially like to take this time to recognize the Current Service Manager Manny Grillo who has been a pleasure to do business with, he always make sure to keep me abreast of the progress of my service visits. Good car prices, bad service dept I bought a few cars here when they were Warnock and after they became Neilsen. The sales prices are Ok on new cars, but the service deot is so-so. I bought a few cars here when they were Warnock and after they became Neilsen. The sales prices are Ok on new cars, but the service deot is so-so. When I bought my minivan in 2013 they sold it to me, only for me to learn a day later it had a recall on it. You'd expect that to be checked BEFORE delivery to the client. They did rush it in and make good on the recall very fast. Overall, good sales experience. Except at closing, they had a guy who was rushing around, pushing things in front of me to sign and I noticed he added on a fee for etching windows. When I told him I didn't order etching he told me all Neilsen stock came etched, I grabbed the saleman who said that was not true and they were not etched by default, nor was this van. So the closing guy I felt was less than honest. Beyond that, I brought the van in for yet another recall and asked for an oil change too,. I got the bill- over 476 for an oil change! When I questioned it, they said I ordered a tire rotation and "27 point inspection". I told then I did not and they reduced the price to $46 (still pretty high for a regular non-synthetic oil and filter change). So the bottom line, OK prices but watch out for add ons at closing time on a sale and apparently during service as well. More
