Hi, I’m Mahogany Nolen, assistant service manager for Germain Toyota of Columbus. Joining the Germain team in 2020 I’m excited to bring my years of customer service experience to the team. Our dealership focuses on delivering a positive and quality guest experience which aligns with my commitment to ensuring customer satisfaction. Born and raised in Columbus, OH I’m a graduate of Walnut Ridge High School. I have three children ShyAira, Ky’aira, and Xavier, and away from work, I enjoy spending time with my family. My favorite vacation escape was to Las Vegas, let’s face it, it’s a world all its own with so much to do. The most-played song on my playlist must be Pack Lite by Queen Naiga. I was referred by a friend to call Germain and ask for Mo. I have been overdue for an oil change/service and she was able to get me in the same day. When I arrived I was greeted by Billy he told me my ser Mo. I have been overdue for an oil change/service and she was able to get me in the same day. When I arrived I was greeted by Billy he told me my service would take about an hour. The service department was pretty busy but he kept up with me on what was going on with my car. I was in and out in about a hour and 30 minutes. Thanks Mo and Billy for taking good care of my car it’s running like new again. I will be back More
