The experience with Crystal Ocasio, Baba (Sales Manager) and Kenneth (finance) has been superb. I was scheduled to test drive a X3. However by the time I got to the dealership, the X3 was sold. I ended up t and Kenneth (finance) has been superb. I was scheduled to test drive a X3. However by the time I got to the dealership, the X3 was sold. I ended up test driving a 530i with Baba. He was very knowledgeable, personable and overall very focused on providing the best information for me to make a decision. Crystal followed up the next day with a very competitive quote for another 530i I had liked. The entire process from that point on till we agreed on the trade-in value & total price for the car was very amiable and reasonable. I was dreading the finance section of the transaction. Kenneth was excellent in his approach and customer orientation. I have had many bad experiences with finance depts at dealerships selling very good cars. Ken was very focused on explaining the various documents I was signing and answering my questions on additional services - with no pressure sales tactics to push unwanted warranties. I really enjoyed the experience. All of them should be commended for their work ethic and customer focus. More
