I have always worked in customer service whether behind a computer or serving face to face and really enjoy meeting and working with new people. Along with being here full time, I am a full time Mom of three beautiful children who keep me on my toes and three crazy rescue dogs who also keep me on my toes. From Carfax to Racine Honda We were looking for another used vehicle. Searched Carfax, and located one at Racine Honda. Despite a bit of a scoot to reach them, I emailed, and i was quickly contacted by Maggie who joyfully set the appointment with Jesse A., as well as promptly emailed me back and forth to answer any questions I had. Jesse was very pleasant, and helpful, and made the process enjoyable. Craig was able to find an aggreeable final price, and Olivia quickly completed the transaction. Final kudos to Mitch who prepared the car, and we gone. More

Outstanding Customer Service Over the years I have dealt with some good and some poor dealerships. This is one of the great dealerships in the area. First, they had the Toyota Sie Over the years I have dealt with some good and some poor dealerships. This is one of the great dealerships in the area. First, they had the Toyota Sienna I found on their web page available for a test drive. Many dealerships post a picture of a great deal but that all there is, a picture. Not at Racine Honda, they had the vehicle and sent an email letting me know it was still available. The 2016 Sienna was in immaculate shape. Inside and out, this van was very clean. The engine compartment looked like it just rolled off the assembly line. This tells me the service department is on top of their game. Eduardo was my sales person. He listened to what I needed and had the van ready for a test drive within minutes of arriving. He did not use high pressure sales techniques, he just answered my questions and let me drive. Eduardo was personable, professional and efficient. Next, I had a 2013 Ford F150 that I traded in. I was given a very fair deal on my trade in. The manager took into consideration the maintenance and improvements I had done to the truck. I found the manager to be very professional. Olivia walked me through the financial paperwork and was pleasant and efficient. It was by far the best experience I had with the financial side of a vehicle sale! Finally, the entire experience took less than 3 hours. Everyone at Racine Honda works as a team. They care about their customers and will bend over backwards to get what you need. Well done Racine Honda! More

Good deal if you’re willing to wait a bit. Went in the buyout my lease. Ended up getting a new lease for less on a newer model. Nice folks at Racine Honda. Eduardo was my sales guy and did a nice job seeing as he’s pretty new to Honda. It did take longer than the average car buying experience, which is 4 hours. It took me 5.5 from walking in to driving out. They are under new management and there are some hiccups as a result. We’ve bought from this dealership before and regularly use their service dept because they are reliable and reasonable in their prices. Shout out to Dogan Gregory for getting the finance portion done in super speed. Thanks again guys! More

After having a rather disappointing experience on my first go-around the staff at Racine Honda worked hard to correct the situation and got me into a After having a rather disappointing experience on my first go-around the staff at Racine Honda worked hard to correct the situation and got me into a suitable car at the right price. Customer Care and Internet Sales Manager Maggie Sewell was instrumental in bringing my situation to attention and setting up a good deal and Corporate manager "Steve" was no nonsense and very straight forward in dealing with me. Salesman Nes Esquivel was very nice and made me feel comfortable throughout the process. He was also good at explaining the features of my car and easily able to pair my cell phone to the vehicles BlueTooth system, something that the other salesman I had worked with was unable to do on another vehicle. Before taking possession of my new vehicle I noticed a few light scuffs on the paint on the drivers side to which salesman Nes Esquival assured me would be taken care of in a few days when it suited my schedule and when their expert body man "Joe" was able to do the work. Then two of the managers came out to look at the scuffs I had reported, including corporate manager "Steve" who also noticed that the detail job they did on my new vehicle left something to be desired. I noticed it too but at this point I was not willing to argue further as I got a really good deal but Steve assured me my new vehicle would be properly detailed when I brought it back for the scuffs on the paint to be buffed out. I trust that Racine Honda will make good on their promise and that I will have no further problems. More
