But of course, most importantly, the professionalism and excellent customer service I received while dealing with Sherman. He made the whole car buying experience painless and effortless and didnt make it feel like just another sale. So definitely make sure you ask for Sherman!!! Lied about my car fax I went to trade in my bmw 328i convertible to get a four door car because I just had a baby. When I went to complete to transaction my car went from h I went to trade in my bmw 328i convertible to get a four door car because I just had a baby. When I went to complete to transaction my car went from having a trade in value of 10,000 to 4,000 because they said they ran my car fax and that I had a salvaged title. I just paid to get my car fax and they lied. My car title is fine. I would never trust this dealership again. More
